About Me

I have a diploma in Cognitive Hypnotherapy (DipCHyp) and my NLP Practitioner Certificate (NLP (Prac)) from the Quest Institute in London where I trained under Trevor Silvester, creator of WordWeaving™.

I am a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH), a leading regulator of hypnotherapists in the UK.

Members must adhere to a strict code of ethics, and pass the Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD), the first nationally accredited hypnotherapy diploma, accredited jointly by both the NCH and the NCFE (National Awarding Body).

Prior to becoming a hypnotherapist, I obtained my Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Commerce degrees from the University of Manitoba in Canada and was employed in the financial industry.
